Acquisition of Delhi-based Consortium Finance Limited (CFL) in 1999-2000.
It increased the disbursement from USD 57 mn in 1999-01(18m) to USD 84 mn in FY02 - a growth of 122%. It also led to an expansion of network across 40 branches in Northern and Eastern India.
Merger between Magma and Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Limited (SIFL) in 2006-07.
The merger increased the total asset base to USD 1.4 bn and added 78 more branches to the network mainly in East, West and South.
