• Controlling portfolio of 180+ buckets and emphasizing on roll backward.

• Controlling the recovery process within the legal norms.

• Responsible for write-off and seized & sold cases.

• Mentoring, motivating team of Team Leaders and FOS to achieve the set targets.

• Meeting recovery targets, effort for reducing no of cases from higher buckets.

• Will be responsible for overall portfolio quality, leading team from front.

• Planning for effective recovery though own team members.

• Should have exp in Bank/ NBFC in recovery of asset finance.

• The person should be good in managing team, and large number of portfolio.

• Willing to travel at-least 12-15 days in a month.

• With sound knowledge in finance industry. Local knowledge is a must
